These Terms & Conditions apply to this promotion (‘the Promotion’). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions and Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed HERE & HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) 24hrs Daily until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of foxygames.com (the “Website”) who:
1. have a verified Website account;
2. are over 18 years old; and
3. located in the UK

   (an “Eligible Player”)

3. An Eligible Player cannot enter the Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
1. access the  Slot Tournaments Lobby;
2. opt in (once per Slot Tournament) (defined below);
3. launch the Tournament Game from the Slot Tournament Lobby; and
4. play the allocated Tournament Spins (defined below) in the Slot Tournament within the Tournament Duration (defined below).
5. The opt in period for each Slot Tournament will open as soon as the tournament is visible to players on the schedule and close 10 minutes before end of the Tournament Duration. Times and tournament durations can be viewed on the Slot Tournaments lobby.
6. Eligible Players that enter a Slot Tournament will all have an equal amount of Tournament Spins, of equal value.
7. Eligible Players will collect points from Tournament Spins and will be entered on the leaderboard.
8. Eligible Players who rank on the leaderboard will receive a reward.

SLOT TOURNAMENT MECHANICS

9. There will be several slot tournaments held during the Promotional Period on the Slot Tournaments Lobby(the “Slot Tournaments”).
10. Each Slot Tournament will detail the following:
1. “Tournament Game” - the specific slots game(s) which can be played as part of that Slot Tournament;
2. “Min Bet Amount” – the minimum stake that Eligible Players must bet per spin. Any spins made with stakes lower than the Min Bet Amount will not collect points (Please note that this section will also indicate whether the Slot Tournament is Free to Play);
3. “Maximum Spin Limit” - the maximum number of spins that an Eligible Player may make during that Slot Tournament that may collect points. Any spins made after the Maximum Spin Limit is reached will not accumulate points and will automatically stop the Eligible Player’s score from increasing; and
4. “Tournament Duration” - a pre-defined time limit for which each Showdown Tournament will last. Only bets made during the Tournament Duration may accumulate points.

11. Each Tournament Spin displays a bet value of £1.00. This is solely a token and has no value either cash or otherwise.
12. A winning outcome of any Tournament Spin will display winnings; they are for visual purposes only to show a ‘win’ for the purpose of collecting points. Any winnings displayed hold no value either as cash or otherwise.
13. Eligible Players must play through the Tournament Spins to collect points to obtain a ranking on the leaderboard.
14. Only Tournament Spins played within the Tournament Duration will accumulate points.
15. The result of each Tournament Spin will determine the points collected by the Eligible Player.
16. Points awarded and collected:

17. The Tournament Game will display to the Eligible Player, in real time, their collected points plus their rank on the leaderboard. The leaderboard and Eligible Players’ rankings are only finalised at the end of the Slot Tournament once the Tournament Duration has completed.
18. An Eligible Player can return to real money play at any time by clicking on the ‘Play For Real’ button. Real money bets will not contribute to the Showdown Tournament.
19. If the Eligible Player leaves or is disconnected from the Slot Tournament, the Eligible Player is able to resume play by re-entering from the Slot Tournament lobby to continue to use their remaining Tournament Spins, as long as the Tournament Duration has not ended.
20. If the Slot Tournament finishes while an Eligible Player is in-game: players will be notified via an in-game message.
21. If Eligible Players are in the middle of an unfinished Tournament Spin once the Tournament Duration has ended, it will complete but will not collect points.
22. If an Eligible Player does not use all the Tournament Spins within the Tournament Duration, the remaining Tournament Spins will be forfeited.
23. Eligible Players could hit a bonus or free spins round within their Tournament Spins. If the Eligible Player has not completed their bonus or free spin rounds within the Tournament Duration, points will not be collected.
24. The leaderboard will reset after each Slot Tournament.
25. At the end of each Slot Tournament, Eligible Players who have gained a ranking in the leaderboard will receive a Reward. Ranking positions that will be paid out per Slot Tournament will be detailed on the Slot Tournament Lobby.
26. Rewards available include: Cash, Casino Bonuses and/or Free Spins. Details of the rewards will be displayed on the Slot Tournament Lobby.

REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

28. Eligible Players that are still in-game (real or free mode) will receive a pop-up at the end of the Slot Tournament Duration confirming their finishing position on the leaderboard.
29. If the Eligible player is not in-game when the Slot Tournament finishes, they will need to return to the Slot Tournament lobby ‘See Your Results’ to confirm their leaderboard ranking.
30. Winning Eligible Players will receive an inbox message at the end of the Slot Tournament giving full details and the value of their reward. An Eligible Player will also be able to find full details and value of the credited reward on the either the Offers page, which shows free spins and casino bonuses, or the Promo History page which shows cash rewards.
31. Rewards will be credited to Eligible Players’ Website accounts automatically within an hour of the Slot Tournament ending. In the event of any technical difficulties, the rewards will be credited within 72 hours of the promotion ending.
32. A cash reward carries no wagering requirements and will be issued automatically to an Eligible Player’s Website account balance.
33. Any Casino Bonuses awarded as part of this Promotion carry 0x wagering requirement.
34. Free spins winnings can only be played on the game that was used during the winning tournament.
35. A free spins reward must be used by an Eligible Player within 24 hours from the day the free spins reward is credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and will not be re-issued.
36. Any winnings from a free spins reward will be credited to the Eligible Player Website account in cash. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the free spins reward.
37. There is no cash alternative to the free spins reward.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

38. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations. This could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
39. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for legal and regulatory reasons.
40. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
41. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of rewards to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold rewards resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Condition.
