BEFORE CLAIMING THIS FOXSTAR RIVALS PROMOTION, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE TERMS ON WHICH THIS PROMOTION CAN BE CLAIMED. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO AGREE TO THESE PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN CLAIMING THIS PROMOTION. IN PARTICULAR, PLEASE FAMILIARISE YOURSELF WITH THE RESTRICTIONS SUMMARISED BELOW.  

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to this Foxstar Rivals promotion (the “Promotion”). These must be read along with our General Terms and Conditions and the Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions, which can be found HERE & HERE. 

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) daily from 07/05/2024 until further notice.

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.foxygames.com (the “Website”) who:
   1. have a verified Website account;
   2. are over 18 years old; and
   3. are resident in the UK.
3. An Eligible Player cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found HERE.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

4. To participate in this Promotion an Eligible Player must:
1. log in to their website account. 
2. access the “Foxstar Rivals” Tournament promotional page during the Promotional Period;  
3. launch the Foxstar Rivals Battle (defined below); and 
4. play Foxstar Rivals during the Tournament Period (as detailed on the promotional page) and accumulate points during the Tournament Length (minimum 1 minute, maximum 2 minutes) by:
   • spinning the reel; and 
   • deploying Props (detailed below) when available. 
5. Eligible Players who have accumulated enough points from Foxstar Rivals throughout the Tournament Period will be entered on the leaderboard. 
6. Eligible Players will collect points on the leaderboard by completing rounds of 'battles' and, at the end of each Foxstar Rivals Battle, they will have their final score added to their leaderboard score.
7. Eligible Players who have reached the leaderboard will have their usernames displayed on the leaderboard table. By participating in a Foxstar Rivals, Eligible Players acknowledge that their usernames may be listed on the leaderboard.
8. Eligible Players who place on the leaderboard at the end of the Tournament Period will receive a reward. The number of places and rewards will be detailed in the promotional page.

FOXSTAR RIVALS TOURNAMENT MECHANICS  

9. “Foxstar Rivals Tournaments” are free-to-play tournaments and consist of multiplayer head-to-head battles (“Foxtstar Rivals Battles”) which give Eligible Players a chance to collect points during the Tournament Period to gain entry onto a leaderboard to win rewards. 
10. Multiple Foxstar Rivals Tournaments will be held daily throughout the Promotional Period, running 24 hours a day. The full tournaments schedule can be found on the Foxstar Rivals Tournaments Promotions page.
11. It is not a requirement for an Eligible Player to remain in game for the whole Tournament Period, only to use their Foxstar Rivals spins within the time specified on the promotional page.     
12. The Foxstar Rivals Tournaments promotional page will detail the following:  
• “Foxstar Rivals” – a Slot Masters version of the specific slot game (bonus rounds removed, run off a random number generator to make all play random).
• “Battle Length” – the duration of the battle.  
• “Number of Players” – the number of players required for the battle. 
• “Games you have left today” – the number of tournaments remaining for the day.  
• “Tournament Ends” – the date and time the Tournament Period completes.   
• “Tournament Starts In” – the date and time the Tournament Period starts.  
• “Available Props” – all weapons available for the battles and number thereof.
• “Leaderboard” – the leaderboard table detailing the top players, points, and the rewards.  
13. Upon accessing the Foxstar Rivals Tournament promotional page, an Eligible Player must click on “Play” which will launch a Foxstar Rivals Battle and place them with two opponents.   
14. Opponents will be other live Eligible Players chosen at random.  In the event live players are not available, an Eligible Player will play against an automated BOT.   
15. Once the Foxstar Rivals Battle starts, Eligible Players need to press the “Spin” button to play and continue to press the “Spin” button to accumulate points.  
16. When a Chestsymbol lands on the middle reel, the reels will stop spinning and show a selection of Props to choose from. Each Prop has a different power and can be used to accumulate more points, protect existing points held or affect an opponent’s points.  
17. Eligible Players must choose a Prop and then select an opponent, by clicking on the red target that appears over the opponents’ reels, to attack with their chosen weapon.  
18. The Props can be used as detailed below:  
• Deadly Sticks: Blocks opponents center reel for a specified period of time.
• Power cut: Freezes opponents Reels for a period of time.
• Lock: Locks opponents Chests for a period of time.
• Slash: Slashes 50% of the opponents’ points.
• Blast: Destroys 100% of opponents balance.
• Thief: Steals 50% of opponents’ balance.  
• Reflect: Reflects the effect of any weapon used by an opponent on you, back on them.
• Bouncer: Defends against all attacks for a period of time.
19. Each Foxstar Rivals Battle will last for a minimum of 1 minute up to a maximum of 2 minutes depending on the Foxstar Rivals Tournament entered. 
20. The Eligible Player with the most points at the end of the Battle Length will win that Foxstar Rivals Battle.  
21. The number of Foxstar Rivals Battles which an Eligible Player can participate in, during a Foxstar Rivals Tournament, will be specified in the Foxstar Rivals Tournament lobby.
22. The leaderboard will update after each Foxstar Rivals Battle ends.  
23. Once the Tournament Period is over, Eligible Players who rank in the leaderboard will be rewarded based on the leaderboard reward structure which can be found on the “Foxstar Rivals” Tournament promotional landing page.   
24. Prizes are Cash Rewards and Free Spins.

CASH REWARDS SPECIFIC TERMS

25. Cash Rewards will be credited to an Eligible Player’s Website account cash balance within 24 hours of the tournament end time.  
26. Cash Rewards won from this Promotion carry no wagering requirement.  
27. Cash Rewards are worth £100 each. 

FREE SPINS SPECIFIC TERMS

28. An Eligible Player will only be able to use their Free Spins on the following games - The Flinstones, Rockets of Riches, Rich Sharky, Shamrocks 3 Pots of Gold, Big Bass Bonanza Reel Action, Lock O’ The Irish.
29. Each Free Spin has a value of £0.10.
30. The maximum number of Free Spins that an Eligible Player can receive from this Promotion is 50 and the minimum is 3.
31. Free spins will be credited within 24 hours of the tournament end time.
32. Eligible Players must use their Free Spins within 24 hours of them being credited to their Website account, otherwise they will expire and not be reissued.
33. Any winnings from the Free Spins will be credited to the cash balance of an Eligible Player’s Website account. 
34. There are no wagering requirements to the winnings obtained from the Free Spins.
35. There is no cash alternative to the Free Spins.

In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of rewards to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold rewards resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
41. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
